Overall we had a clean and comfortable stay, but there were a few things that needed to be fixed. The lamp on the desk was broken, and the lamp on the bedside wall was broken. There was also a leak in the bathtub faucet that could not be turned off.

The room was nice and spacious and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, but not free like I anticipated, though that’s kind of on me for not adding the breakfast coupon. Not to mention that the hot tub in the pool area had a leak and wasn’t working. But overall, the stay was great. I can give this place another chance and remember to add the breakfast service to my reservation.

Our tv only had one working channel, the usb and electrical outlets did not work and the shower did not have a drape that covered the bathroom to keep the water in the shower, so it got everywhere

Everything was great. I enjoyed my stay and felt safe as I spent several days there for a work conference. I hadn't been to College Station in years and felt very comfortable.

Our check-in was easy. Our room was cozy, a crack in the shower wall but nothing to deter our stay. We've stayed here 9/10 times using the hotel's website. This time they were sold out so we had to use a third party. We were bummed we didn't get the points on IHG but overall, it was great as always.

Nice property. Reasonably priced and conveniently located. Unfortunately the hot tub was not operational and noticed some wear and tear of the property. Improved maintenance of equipment would do the property sone good.

The hotel lobby was a little warm but the room was cold once we turned down the a/c. The beds were clean and comfortable. The girls at the front desk were very nice and willing to help in any way.

The room did not smell the best. Holiday Inn needs to renovate and remove carpet. The room was either really cold or really hot poor ventilation for sure. Everything was outdated. There was one light above the door. The room stayed dark the whole time because the lighting was terrible on the outside. It was nice, but on the inside, it was horrible. Might as well been in a motel six to be honest, paying a $237 a night. That was a waste.

The first room toilet didn't work.The second room tv went in and out and the toilet made loud noises when flushed and the bathtub was stained. Overall was to tired to complain made the best of it.

Broken window curtain hanging across the window causing limit view of the outside.
AC unit in the bathroom ceiling above the bath tub causing the condense to fall as one shower. This happened in room 518. I am not sure If all of the AC units on the top floor has this issue.
