The hotel is pretty average. Location is good. Front desk was bad customer service. Lied about company policy that only 3 people are allowed per room for safety purposes. However, when you book it says sleeps four. My friend messed up on the reservation and only put 2 guest. It really didn’t matter because it wasn’t all inclusive. We tried to upgrade but, we're denied. We had no choice but to book another room. This place is not cheap they could have tried to work with us but didn’t, won’t be going back. The Sheraton will be a better choice.

The hotel itself is beautiful architecturally, and maintained very well. The pool and restaurants/bars are stunning spaces. We stayed on the 24th floor, but I imagine every room offers a view of the city. Staff were so friendly, and attentive. Housekeeping provided an amazing service daily, and made us feel pampered. The hotel is right next to the Angel of Independence which is particularly spectacular at night. We walked most places which I'd say requires sharp attention to avoid trip hazards on sidewalks, and navigate crowds, but otherwise we felt safe in terms of crime walking in Juarez, Reforma, Roma Norte, Condesa, etc. Uber is very convenient and reliable as well. All in all, I would highly recommend a stay at this hotel if you ever have the opportunity!

Amazing hotel experience. Will stay here every time we come to Cdmx. Cannot recommend it enough! Staff is always on point and super kind, rooms are clean and large and comfortable. Concierge is extremely helpful. Restaurants and bars are great. Massage at the spa was excellent!
