Breakfast buffet subpar for hotel quality. Def needs improvement!!

Rooms were smaller than expectation. Not enough space to move around in the rooms or even leave the bags open. This was the only disappointment with the hotel.

Didn’t like the fact that we were in a room where the temperature setting was 27.7 degrees Celsius and we’re not able to reduce the temp despite scorching heat conditions. The hotel could not fix it

Very clean and well equipped. We loved our free breakfast! Location was excellent and staff very helpful. We totally recommend this hotel to others.

Reception staff were amazing. Went out of their way to help us with various issues. They were all very pleasant and made the hotel a great stay. With that said, it was not a 4 star hotel. Location great though.

Staff were all very friendly and the room was nice and comfortable. If I'm ever in Rome again, I'd make sure to stay here. Breakfast was also very tasty and a good selection of food

The Hotels.com details for this hotel has some errors. Firstly, there is not a restaurant at the hotel. The breakfast is great but there are so many good restaurants on the same street that the hotel does not need its own. Secondly, we had a room safe and a mini-bar in the room. May not be true of all rooms but was a great bonus! The hotels.com info did not show these details. We would definitely stay here again but would appreciate the sink in the room being sorted out - it takes ages for the water to drain away. Also, the mini-bar was not re-stocked as a matter of course, only when requested. Staff were great and very helpful. Hotel is very well located for visiting Vatican City etc.

Everything was great! We visited during a heatwave and our air conditioner couldn’t quite keep up so it was hard to sleep. Otherwise we had a great stay.

The rooms were beautiful! We were given a complimentary upgrade to a queen bed room with a terrace !! There were complimentary toiletries such as a disposable razor, toothbrush and facial washing sponge. Dining is right outside the front door and we happen to be in time for “happy hour” I highly recommend this hotel 5 Stars!!

After a long day on the boat, the train and finally the taxi. The hotel upgraded us to an executive suite, no additional charge. Great hotel if you ever travel to Rome.

We enjoyed the location of this hotel as its very close to the Vatican. The breakfast was wonderful with lots of options and everything was delicious. The front desk staff was not very welcoming but they did store our luggage before we checked in. When calling to inquire how to get back from the Coliseum after walking many miles in the heat, I was yelled at by a female front desk employee. She was of little help and very frustrating to deal with. It's difficult to flag down a cab in Rome so that's why I called. The rooms were nice but small and overall I gave this hotel a 4 of 5 just based on the front desk staff.

I had originally booked for a three person room but unfortunately my father got ill and was not able to join us. When I was registering at the hotel I asked if I could be placed in a two person room and they said that they didn’t have one. The following day they did move me to a two person room but they did not adjust the rate per night. The second room had a nice view so I left it as is. Although the shower head in the room was broken and the room smelled like sewer. I didn’t want to ruin my trip arguing with the hotel.
