The Manager D is amazing, she rectified a terrible check- in situation.
It was a convenient location to the areas I needed to go to for my vacation.
One of the issues I had was the elevator key, my key got demagnetized and at a few points the elevator would not take/ recognize my key to bring me to my floor.
Of my 6 day, my room was serviced twice which I feel was not acceptable and items in the room ran out.

Nice hotel right near the airport. We actually stayed here since we were going to a concert at the Hard Rock casino and then flying out the next day. Was perfect !

Evacuation alarm went off at midnight, over 20 minutes before it was rescinded. Very disconcerting. Otherwise, great facility with a great in-house restaurant
