I was at the property on June 18th. I tried using the Jacuzzi, but there were flies in the water and around it. Within 5 minutes of using the Jacuzzi, I developed severe rashes on my body. I have pictures of this, which I will be emailing to Expedia.
I attempted to discuss this with the staff, specifically Sofia. Unfortunately, she showed no concern for the issue. She simply mentioned that it might be due to some medication in the water. However, I have been staying in different hotels for the past 4-5 days and never had this kind of allergic reaction to water. It seems they are not cleaning the water properly. Furthermore, Sofia suggested that the reaction would quickly go away, almost as if she were a doctor.
Additionally, the phone in the room is not working, and the TV is not a smart TV, so we couldn't use YouTube or watch anything we wanted; instead, we were limited to Greek channels, which we couldn't understand. There was no extra water in the refrigerator either.
Overall, the staff was not helpful in addressing my concerns. While Sofia mentioned she would have the Jacuzzi cleaned, she did not address the irritation and allergies I experienced due to the water.
I cannot recommend this hotel, especially considering the high price we paid. It has been a waste of money and is overpriced.
I hope this feedback helps in addressing these issues promptly and appropriately. I am requesting a refund or credit for these inconveniences.

What an amazing experience....simply wondeful. The team was very attentive to all of our needs. They staff went above and beyond to insure our stay was amazing. The view was amazing..the breakfast was excellent. We couldn't have askked for a better time during our stay.

This beautiful new Neoma boutique hotel made us feel like family from the moment we arrived we were taken care of in every way possible from the concierge desk arranging transfers to and from the airport and housekeeping that kept our room spotless, every single need was met. We chose to stay in the smaller economy room because we weren’t going to be spending much time in a room, the bed was absolutely comfortable and the floor was quiet. This hotel went above and beyond for everything that we needed. Clean and comfortable. The highlight and the reason we chose Neoma was the pool, bar and Restaurant with 5* food that overlooked the Acropolis. The bartender and waitress were unbelievable at making you feel welcome and the service was the best we’ve ever had staying anywhere. The staff of this hotel are the stars. Choose Neoma you will truly not be disappointed. I could not find one thing to criticize and I am super hard to please. Staying at Neoma helped make visiting Athens one of our best vacations ever. Thank you so much from The Halls.

The Location is great but the service is so bad and the staff they are rude we booked a room with a jacuzzi but the jacuzzi heater wasn’t working at all even after contacting the manager they didn’t fix it. I don’t recommend the hotel.

Good: location, views, and an amazing breakfast. They are also really responsive and will help out immediately.
Bad: cleanliness - can tell it is a bit outdated. Hair in the sinks and the pool was a bit run down. Even with the cleaning service, we could tell they didn’t do a thorough job.
Still overall a solid 4/5.

Very attentive staff, and polite. Would definitely return again and again. One of the best New Years ever in that restaurant, keep up the amazing work. Room was excellent and the staff was very responsive to our needs. It has wonderful views and provided us with best experience in Santorini. Breakfast was delicious and plenty.
Simona, the all-in-one person for the property, was very energetic, available, and responsive. She took care of all our needs with a smile.

Staff was great. Angel very helpful with our luggage, at restaurant and with other needs. As well Usman; they both helped us carrying our luggage up and down the steep stairs! They also helped at restaurant at breakfast. Yanis was great at the breakfast and the food was excellent every morning! The view to the sea at our eating tables can not be beat!
Simona was great helping us with all our needs, the room we had was perfect for 5 people. And our view from our room was the best! We could see the other islands and the best sunset ever! The hot tub was amazing and a PLUS! halfway covered and it overlooks to the outside. We had our wine and beer on hot tub overlooking at the ocean and at the other islands. Our room had to bathrooms; this was perfect for a family of 5 adults. We also had 2 refrigerators to keep our drinks nice and cool. I can’t say enough of how great this place is! Our terrace/patio was perfect for anytime, we had coffee outside and some beers and we could hear the bells from the church nearby. Very relaxing… I have to say is a great setting and I think we got one of the best rooms. Stairs were a little hard to go up and down, but we didn’t care, as we were having lots of fun in our room and at the town.
Place is in the the heart of Santorini! This is another plus! As we found many great restaurants at waking distance, local buses, taxis, airport 15 minutes away, shopping, etc.

Amazing view of Caldera! Perfect location in the town of Thira. Breakfast was delicious.
Our family of 5 (including 3 teenagers) had plenty of room and space. Our girls loved the hot tub. Will definitely stay again next time.
