Had a wonderful 1 night stay. Location was excellent to the places we were heading eg Jonker Street by night, Ban Lee Siang satay hotpot and Baba Charlie peranakan food. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Instructions were clear relating to check-in. All was a breeze.

The apartment is spacious. Good air-conditioning, liked their cold room. Nice view of Melaka and the sea from afar. Apartment is about 1km away from Jonker Night Market. Grab is cheap in Melaka so not a worry. Most places accessible within 2km distance. Chef Heng about 70 away serves nice dim sum and breakfast.

Property was very clean and spacious. Check in was a communication problem. I requested email communication. WhatsApp groups was the only option. Stressful.

2. CLEANLINESS- the unit was clean and well maintained. We has some issues with the main bathroom but the technican came immediately and issue was rectified.
3. CUSTOMER SERVICE - iHousing whatsap us the entire lenght of the stay to ensure we have all that we needed. Check in and check out was seamless.
4. VALUE FOR MONEY- the unit came with ammenities such as smart tv, washing machine, fridge, microvace , hot and cold water dispenser, cooking facilities and utensils
