Customer service was non existent and the breakfast was pretty much out of food the 3x I checked. Hotel was fine and clean.

If you want to have the worst night sleep...look no further. This is your place. 1. It is right on the freeway, practically touching it. So the sounds at night will keep you up. 2. The rooms smells of mildew and mold. The smells are so strong my throat and eyes hurt. 3. Our toilet doesn't work, it won't flush bc it's missing the chain. When we called down to the desk, they sent someone up an hour later (at almost 11pm) who didn't bring any tools with him, looked at the toilet and said he needed to go get a new chain at the store and would be back later. We were almost in bed so we asked him to come back tomorrow morning. (It is 9:30 am and he isn't here, hence we cannot flush) 3. The beds are terrible with no support. My back is killing me and it usually doesn't hurt. We came up for family weekend at Texas State and now we get to have a full day exhausted due to this terrible night.
