Overall it was better than I expected, clean rooms, great customer service, walking distance to several stores, restaurants and other shops. We really enjoyed our stay.

We did Dia de Los Muertos a short walk away. We usually eat at Tios Tacos but they have stopped serving margaritas. We went to Ixtapa restaurant next to hotel and the food and margaritas were excellent!

The Raincross was conveniently located to downtown Riverside. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating! The property is obviously older, but maintenance is current. The queen bed we had was among the best I have slept in on my travels. The breakfast was also quite good! Free parking is located right outside your door. I appreciate being able to find an adequate motel for a reasonable price! We would stay here again!

Bathroom was missing a waste basket :(
Arrived at night and they will only talk to you thru the side window.
I could barely hear the feont desk helper.
Not sure how they want to that since it is a busy and noisy area

I have been staying here for years, and altho the are where it's located is not the best, it's always my go to. It's clean, close to everything downtown riverside has to offer, and the staff is amazing. It's my home away from home.

The rooms are comfortable. The AC makes a lot of noise. The neighborhood is pretry bad. A lot of noise. I saw a few homeless mentally ill making a lot of noise or people making noise with their cars. I was not able to sleep :(

This hotel is our go to secret it’s more like a four star hotel inside the rooms. Don’t know why it’s labeled 2star. Have stayed here over the last few years at least six times, always great Experience, the bed is super comfortable. And a free breakfast in the morning is a bonus very good even a coffee and we are fussy coffee drinkers.

Great value... 2 restraunts ,one on ea side with great food.. its not in the best area but its not the worst, its safe and the place is clean. Friendly service and once again great value..

We were happy that our hotel had a coffee machine where we could make cafe latte. A more expensive hotel that we stayed in Los Angeles couldn't even provide, for they said they didn't "have a machine".

Parking was a tad if a headache to many cars and not enough parking due to someone with a U-Haul talking 3 spaces. Other than that was a good experience.
