All good, did not spend much time there. But I have to say personnel Laurie and, I think her name was Sara the server at the dinner, were excellent 5 stars

Unfortunately the people in room next door were extremely loud until 4 in the morning. Loud music Tv and shouting. We made multiple complaints. We asked for our room to be moved but they were totally booked. Although staff did ask them to turn down sound I don’t think they did enough to follow up and alleviate the issue.

The stay was quite peaceful & everything was extremely clean, staff was helpful & friendly. It was the total package.

The service was excellent, my only concern is the clorox in the pool, it was too strong, my son did not like the pool at all and other people who were there, left the pool for the same reason, the clorox smell was too strong. Also the elevators made some weird sounds and it was very hot, I hope they fix it soon.

Pool wasn’t clean as in the water wasn’t clear looked like it needed to be shocked with chemicals to make it clear. Same with property next door. Bathroom sink was clogged and mold on ceiling in bathroom.

The chef and bartender were amazing!!! I had the Cobb Salad with fried chicken and I believe pulled pork sliders. Everybody was friendly, from the time I checked in and when I left. The only thing I didn't care for were the dirty glasses that were put out for breakfast. I understand that you use a machine for cleaning the glasses, but you have to inspect them before putting them out. There were glasses that had lipstick stains.
Still giving it a 10 out of 10.

HOTEL OK staff had no time for guests, restaurant service was awful as was the food. Breakfast was particularly bad, very expensive and very poor quality, and staff that could care less.... Not likley to stay in another Hilton Garden Inn again, most are OK this one was bad...

The people at the front (specially Fabian) were very attended and provided excellent service as well as the people working at the bar. I would highly recommend this place for your vacation and bussisness trips.
