We had a really lovely stay at the Kilmainham Hilton. All of the staff were really friendly, polite and helpful. The only problem was that the air conditioning system in one of the rooms we had (226) wants Woking and the room was uncomfortably hot and stuffy. We did mention it to reception and they responded quickly and sent someone up to fix it,
however it went wrong again causing the room to be very uncomfortable to sleep in.

Rooms are nice and beds comfortable. Don't like the pillows which are way too soft. My room was not made up until after 4 pm on the first day and not at all on the second day.

They didn’t start cleaning until after 4 pm when was coming back after being gone all day. Second day I came back at 5 pm and it still was cleaned and therefore didn’t get cleaned at all. The staff are nice and friendly so no problems there.

The Hotel was excellent - the only down side was the restaurant.
The menu was very limited for dinners and the personnel had difficulty with English

We needed a pet friendly hotel with secure parking available 24 hours. The Hilton Kilmainham was perfectly located for us as we were coming into Dublin from the West of Ireland. The staff were friendly and made a fuss of our dog. We’d found finding pet friendly accommodation tricky in Ireland and the warm welcome was greatly appreciated. Also very handy for Phoenix Park.

We loved being by the Irish Museum of Modern Art which is free! The staff was helpful in reserving a cab for us the next day. We also enjoyed our meal at La Vida Dolce. (I think that was the name.) Spacious room!

Some showers are very slippery

Stayed for two nights because of the blink182 concert being close by
Our room was quite tired and the false leather around the mirrors had peeled away
Breakfast options are very generous and all very tasty.
Staff were amazing apart from the two mouse haired women who looked at me like they had stepped in something nasty when I requested my bag and coats that a very nice blonde lady had kept safe for me while we explored for a few hours. I would suggest addressing that, as it’s extremely off putting and I won’t be staying again.

Very enjoyable stay. The room was spacious and modern. The bar & restaurant area was a lovely with a good selection of food & drink. We used the pool and gym. Staff very helpful and friendly. 45 mins into the city centre.
