Our flight was delayed and made us land right after check-in time in Vancouver. We called upon landing, but were still 2h drive away and were told we wouldn't be let in per the instructions provided.
Book with caution if you're flying in and be prepared to be left on the curb and have to find another accommodation.

It is a self-serve property with a code provided to access the room,so there is really no service to talk about.
It is very clean and quiet and lots of amenities close by.

This accommodation is B&B so I expected breakfast to be served but, there was No breakfast included, very disappointed. The issue is...during the process of making a reservation, there is NO indication breakfast is not included during the winter months UNTIL the reservation was completed. This is not right in my view! Did I misread the announcement?

We lost our full payment at the 7 day prior point and heard nothing at all until 9:30pm on the night of check in. We had given up and drove on to the next town and stayed in a real hotel with living staff to help. Stay away from this place.

Our room was serene, clean, pleasant, and spacious.
We were able to walk to a nearby microbrewery for dinner.
Breakfast was yummy--and nice to chat with the host and other guests.

Great convenient location with easy parking and check-in. Wonderful friendly host and a very nice vibe. Delicious waffle breakfast. I'd definitely return.
