This is a nice hotel in Kanab. Freshly baked cookies are a bonus. Breakfast was just ok. Location is great. Restaurants, grocery store, and coffee are just steps away.

The hideabed was atrocious. The most uncomfortable thing I have ever felt. BUT everything else was great. So if you dont need a room with a hideabed folded out you should be good here.

Service was great, friendly staff and great breakfast! Hotel itself is showing age. The tub was very worn, the towels were very dingy, little things that just show how old it is.

The first room they put us in had hair in the bed and hair in the sink that clearly not clean the room. We later found out it was the last night they would be renting out the third floor where we stayed because it was being closed to be remodeled. This hotel looks to have been last remodeled in the 1970s. I can't believe Holiday Inn did this to us

At least the beds were made. The walls were torn, there was mildew along the shower, no phone cord to call the front desk, the room smelled, dust all on the shelves, and trash on the floor. When we told the front desk they said all we can do is give you points if you are an IHG member. With the health issue of the mildew and safety of no phone alone something should have been done to accommodate us. This was by far the worst hotel I have stayed in and I have stayed in tons. I highly recommend choosing another place to stay especially if you like things clean and fresh.

Great staff, coaches comfortable bed, loose tiles on bathroom floor, lots if missing grout as well. Corner of carpet near bathroom was wet. Advised Maitenance and they looked at it and assures me that the while floor is being shut down soon for a makeover and that my room would be closed until problem was corrected.

The staff were great and super friendly. They didn’t have the room that we reserved so they upgraded us to a suite. What a nice surprise! Also they were able to get us in early which was great since we spent the day traveling and hiking.

Very pleased with hotel amenities and cleanliness. The buffet breakfast was a great convenience for us travelers who must get-up and have a quick breakfast.

The property is in need of a major renovation. The room smelled like mildew. The towels were a dull gray color, the bed had two sink holes in it and we are pretty sure that our bed linens were dirty. Hairs on the pillows and sheets and very wrinkled.

It was a horrible stat. Walks were paper thin. I could hear rooms around me showering very loudly in the room. Bathroom was extremely filthy and smelly. Shower curtain was covered in pink mildew.

Understand that the property is going to be renovated. Which is the other reason I gave it low marks. It’s an older hotel that needs some tlc. The other was the condition of their towels. Coarse, gray, and should have been replaced a while back. Everything else from staff, mattress comfort and breakfast were super!

This place was more like a $75 motel 6. They really need to replace carpets, wallpaper/paint. We had to slam into our door to get it open from the hallway and pull like crazy to open from the inside. Also had to really shove it closed.
