Beautiful Hotel. We will stay again.

The staff was polite and easy to communicate with, they went above and beyond. We will be staying there again next time we are in town. The hotel was clean and the rooms made us feel like we were home.

It was very nice with beautiful decor and grounds. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast offered a large variety of items. Checkin took 20 secs. Great place to stay.

The Lodge staff welcomed us and assisted with all of our needs. The eating area was clean and well stocked. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. There were so many nice touches in the room—a basket of snacks, extra pillows and a luggage rack.

Had a wonderful stay here! The property was absolutely beautiful inside and out. Our room was super spacious, staff was wonderful and we loved the outdoor area with a waterfall, lounge area and fire pit. Highly recommend this place to anyone traveling through.

Super sweet staff and management. This is our first stay ever that staff always greeted their customers with a smile and the room felt very welcoming with a letter address to us. The best.. keep it up. Definitely will stay again.

First off, what a gem I stumbled upon when searching and I'm really happy we decided to make this our choice! We were immediately greeted by Taylor as we walked in and everyone was very nice and accommodating. Scott also came out and let us know if we needed anything to please let them know. Again everyone was super kind and helpful. Property was extremely quiet and I am a very light sleeper. I also believe it was an off weekend as we had dinner in Hendersonville and nothing was on a wait. The breakfast had some really good options and was super happy to see biscuits and gravy! The outside area had some really nice places to sit and relax. We would definitely recommend the Lodge and would totally stay here for our next visit to the area.

The Lodge at Flat Rock was such a pleasant surprise. The property was so much more than your average hotel. The "lodge" theme was perfectly executed with a stone fireplace, wooden beams, lovely staircase and second floor balcony overlooking the common area. The property behind the lodge featured a lovely landscaped rock waterfall and several gathering areas. Our room was upgraded to a luxury suite that truly exceeded our expectations. In addition to the property, I must give a shoutout to the amazing and professional staff! Our first encounter was with a young lady at the front desk named Taylor. She made us feel welcome and then made it a point to get to know a little bit about what we hoped to do while in the area. She offered excellent suggestions for our visit. Whenever guests return to the hotel they greet you with a heartfelt "Welcome Home"! We will definitely return to The Lodge at Flat Rock!

Friendly and helpful staff - always spoke to you and ensured everything we needed was addressed. Quiet rooms, nice property to relax a bit, and excellent staff.

My stay here was great. Away from the Hussle and bussle, but not far up in the mountains to where things are unreachable. The room was nice, staff was wonderful, the whole ambiance was extremely pleasant.

The folks working there were all very friendly and helpful. The you lady working the desk at our check in was very pleasant and helpful. They all smiled and it seemed they enjoyed what they were doing

The Lodge at Flat Rock was a wonderful place to stay. The room was large & the beds were very comfortable. The entire resort was so clean.. it's been a while since I've stayed in such a clean and comfortable place. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Thank you Scott & your staff for working with us. Everyone was so friendly.. We'll definitely be back!!!
