Need more plugs in room or USB ports. Also the emergency light is big and green, when it's dark that's all you see (room 9)

We came here for work at the Smoek and Fire Festival in Promenade Park and needed a place to stay locally. The room was clean, well maintained, and well stocked with a mini fridge with free water, real milk for tea, and some soft drinks. Breakfast was great. wife is wanting to book here for next year! :)

The Limes is a lovely hotel, the staff are friendly and the restaurant is amazing. However our particular room was very dingy and dated. It was the disabled room which we didn't mind but the bathroom wasn't in the best of condition.

Lovely hotel, very nicely decorated room, sufficient parking BUT the room we had was very noisy and the blinds did little to stop the light coming in meaning we were awake from the early hours!!

Beautiful guest house …very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful rooms, lovely and clean, with mini bar …and they little details in the rooms like Disaronno liquor ….a little Italian restaurant situated downstairs. Maldon is a beautiful village, with little shops and restaurants just around the corner, I would also highly recommend Mrs Salisburys for food & service too which is just around the corner on the high street. Parking is also available.

The Limes was a lovely place to stay in Maldon. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The restaurant being attached was convenient. We stayed 4 nights including over the weekend and it was always nice and quiet while going to sleep. The room was always clean when we came back. They did a lovely job.

Check in was super efficient and the location was great . Our room was pretty but a little small . The bathroom was a good size . There is a little street noise but they provide a great sleep kit . The tea and coffee tray is very well stocked .parking is easy .

very comfortable and cosy, lovely beds and close to highstreet, the only thing is the coffee machine, theres no instructions (kettle and coffee would have been easier)

Shower in room 4 took a very long time to drain, I was worried I was going to flood the bathroom.
There was no kettle in room 2 and one of the bed posts was in the way of the tv
But very enjoyable

it was soo lovely, not far at all from high street, short walk, the room was amazing the bed was massive, look so cosy when you walked in. i will be back
