We were looking at a lot of properties on your website. When we showed up, we realized, we had booked the wrong one for us. The hotel won't help. The hotels.com customer service is not user friendly and I was unable to talk to anyone regarding my situation and we were forced to stay or walk away from our $1100 3 night stay. We felt like hostages.

The hotels.com customer service is not user friendly and I was unable to talk to anyone regarding my situation and we were forced to stay or walk away from our $1100 3 night stay. Our flight was cancelled and the airline sent many many people here. The staff was great, and quickly got us in (early) to a room.

This hotel was very good, it was easy to shop and find what I needed and the food was amazing I would definitely recommend this hotel as I will be returning in the future and one of the workers was named Krishna and he had very good customer service he was very kind .
