Basic hotel. Soap and shampoo provided. Rooms do not have a coffee maker or clock. There was no plug for the bathtub. Floor was cold. Very tight between toilet and sink (toilet paper very hard to get as there is no space and people don’t bend that way). Just placed it on the counter. For the basic room, it was over priced

Staff is friendly and accommodating. Although the building is dated it is clean and well maintained. I had an enjoyable stay for a very reasonable price. The beds are comfortable and the linen is clean. I'd book there again without hesitation.

Wornout carpet with stain, room a bit smelly, breakfast bare minimum (no egg , sausage, fruit). The service is fine. The location is a bit far from busy part of the town. Dinner option limited

The owner/operators are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and fully functional.

The room was way over priced but the water festival and Boots and Heart concert was happening so rooms were hard to get. Therefore they could charge what they wanted. Staff were extremely nice though whichmade for the over charge

I had a wonderful stay. The staff were friendly, and the amenities were good. The room was clean and spacious. Highly recommend for a stay!

The room kinda smelt musky. The room cards are deactivated too easily. Good friendly service. Breakfast could have a waffle maker and bagels which could add more variety! And chocolate milk.
