The hotel has a nice location and a kind staff although the rooms weren't ready till 3 pm which was a bit of an issue since I arrived there at 11am

What a great stay we had at the Grand Mark, Our room was perfect for our family of 4. We had a 1 bedroom suite, and they put two roll away beds for our kids in the living room. Great location, easy 8 min walk to the clock. Concierge service was great and was so helpful booking last minute day trips, and airport transfers. Breakfast was nice, and of course got to love the Peacocks!

This is an old ran down property which might have been a 5 stars 10 years ago. The rooms are small and very dark. The condition is horrible. The AC is barely working. Left after the 1st night. Switched to another hotel. Would never return. The fotos are fraud. Not sure how amex and expedia can recommend this and especially as the 5 stars

We stayed in Aug 2024, the room was specious and clean, the service is second to none, the breakfast boufet with outdoor seating and live piano, location is close to everything in Prague 1.

The hotel is almost perfect. Restaurant, Spa, gym, the rooms are more than confortable! At 2 minutes from de old town. But by large the best of the hotel is the kidneys of the people in all of the areas of the hotel. Great experience

It was perfect! We were 4, my husband and two girls, reserved the family suite, they arranged two beds for them. Everything was so comfortable, service was excellent! Love the hotel, the garden restaurant everything.

Location is very convinient, close to main attractions.
Service is impeccable. Ambiance is great. A garden is ver peaceful.
Size of the rooms is on a large side, mattress and bedding extremely comfortable.
We got an upgrade and were extremely satisfied with our room.

Location is amazing for seeing the sights, shopping, restaurants. Hotel is quiet. Staff is fantastic, especially the Porter Bilal. Front desk terrific. Olga the concierge also very helpful. Garden restaurant great for lunch or drinks.
