Our room was small but very clean and comfortable. Check-in hostess was extremely friendly as was the general manager. Good complimentary breakfast choices. Highly recommended.

The location is great, but the service is lacking. Breakfast items had run out half way through the service (7-9 a.m.). The young man at the front desk had no interest in refilling the orange juice and coffee or setting out additional fruit. It was frustrating to pay for a breakfast service and find very little food available. The room has a fancy toilet that required additional electrical work, leaving wires exposed. There seems to be a dangerous risk with the new wiring. We needed help during our stay and called the number posted at the front desk for immediate assistance. We got a recording that stated "this number is not connected to receive calls." We had to wait in the front office a terribly long time before anyone showed up. Disappointing.

Manish at the front desk was outstanding and the hotel has been basically remodeled in a clean bright modern way. I am out this way a lot but from now on I am staying here right on Main Street you can walk everywhere and the hotel is quiet and safe.Excellent stay thanks to Manish and his family reasonably happy to compared to others in the area

The room was fine and the location is great. The free breakfast was the usual eggs, bread, cereal. I don't know how they did it but the eggs were terrible - tasted like rubber.

Such a great place. Easy to walk to restaurants. Super clean, quiet and nice bathrooms.

I did not like the room. The bedroom is at the back with a small window. Reminded me of a jail cell. Breakfast was below par. Probably won’t stay there again.

The town is beautiful. Plenty of dining options, park by the creek, swinging bridge - just a beautiful town to walk around in. But this place! Lots of bugs around and even inside, stained sheets, breakfast in the “lobby” does not seem appetizing at all!

It's conveniently located in the downtown. Staff is very friendly. We stayed one night in a suite that has a kitchen. The sofa can be converted to a bed too. Everyone had a good sleep. This is a place we will return if we travel to this area again.

Cute and quaint spot in the heart of Basalt. The staff are super helpful making sure you have everything needed. Clean and quiet. I would definitely stay here again when staying in the valley.

Nice area and nice staff, however there was hair all over our bed sheets when we arrived and no locks on the windows in the room my son was sleeping in. The beds were also very uncomfortable. Definitely a motel type of place.

Delightful management was friendly & inviting...clean rooms, comfortable bed,ambient lighting under toilet seat AND heated toilet seat! Wonderful breakfast. Plan on returning next time in Basalt Co area. Thanks!

The facilities are newly renovated including a bidet in the bathroom. Unfortunately, we could not figure out how to properly use all the functions. A suggestion for the property would be to have instructions available for guests. There was hot food for breakfast but it ran out in the last hour. Location was close to little shops and within 30 min drive to Aspen. This room was an excellent value compared to other similar places in this region.

The place was nice enough. It was neat, clean, and the folks running it are very nice. The only issue we had that we found inadequate was the free breakfast- yeah it was free but that doesn't warrant serving powdered eggs and cardboard-like burritos. Bad coffee, no cream. I've been to lots of places with a far healthier and more generous free breakfast.
