Good and good

Always consistent. Staff is amazing.

We liked everything about the property from the courtyard to the amenities and very clean guest laundry plus friendly staff. It is located in a great area within one to two blocks walking distance to great restaurants, amenities and even a Whole Foods. Just a few miles from Aspen but without the crowds. We would stay here every time we get the chance.

It’s modern and clean. It’s situated in a trendy area so we could walk to get dinner. There were 2 ladies at breakfast cooking up hot food selections (eggs, omelettes and pancakes).

I am not the target audience for this hotel. I really just need a good nights sleep from a hotel, but my husband and I both slept poorly here. Our window faced the highway and we could hear the traffic noise. There are lights running along the top of the hotel, right into our 4th floor window, so it was bright. (The blackout curtains had gaps around the wall.) Worst of all, our neighbor had dogs in the room that barked for hours. The room was small and the snacks in the store were along the lines of Skinny Pop and vegetable juice. Never again.

The location was good for the valley, easy access to everything from Carbondale to Aspen. The breakfast in the morning was simple, but good.

The hotel was way too close to the highway. For those rooms facing the highway (ours was one) the noise was very loud and hard to sleep through at times. The room was clean and comfortable, but one of the ceiling lights was missing a cover and one of the towels had blood on it when we arrived.

Breakfast was not great

The hotel has put so many things in place regarding the COVID situation, staff and ppl have to wear mask, hand sanitizer, the room has been sanitized and there is air filter in the lobby. The staff was very friendly and helpful! Many restaurants and nice shops around, and a whole foods, which is very convenient ! The room was very clean and confortable with a small kitchenette, there is everything you need! Will come back !
