2 nights on our way to the Keys… had to check out south beach! Great location! Walked all over! Loved the property! Pool and service there was amazing! Beach too! The lobby bar was great! Lucas and Mike were great! The coffee cart/kiosk in the lobby was a great option as well! The bell staff was great as were the people who were checking us in and out too!

We had an excellent stay at the Nautilus Sonesta. Everything went smoothly. Very attractive hotel with a gorgeous pool and beach. Excellent staff made the stay memorable. We'll be back.

Staff was very friendly. The beds were comfortable. Bathroom was small and without an exhaust fan which made room humid. The floors were very slick especially after shower.

We were upgraded to an oceanfront room on the top floor at a discounted price. Well worth it. Bed was amazing. Restaurant on site had okay service. Despite the resort fee, we were asked to pay &25 for umbrella on the beach. I found this unacceptable. The manager Melody was very accommodating in extending our check out at a discounted cost. Overall a good stay.

It was good. Thw only issue was the guy at tje front desk who ask me to pay (again) for the room and deposit even when I show him i had already paid. Also he told me that I have no room reserved, even when early i filled all the forms

I enjoyed the ambiance of the hotel. It looks beautiful and not so packed and overbearing. The pool and beach was nice and peaceful.

Construction on both sides of hotel. It was tolerable, but I was aware of construction before I booked. It was fine for me and my husband, but I could see how it could be extremely disruptive for others.

Noise, expensive and overrated.

The vibes are amazing and the property is clean and modern. Restaurant and bar and coffee shop on site. Private beach access and pooo has a DJ.

Place needs to be renovated, not 4 stars hotel for sure!

I appreciate the staff they do the best they can to help you even if it goes above what they’re trained to do. The cleanliness of this building and the rooms was probably the highlight of our stay. I usually do a quick wipe down of any hotel room i stay in and i was pleased to see that most of what i wiped was already clean. Also the housekeeping staff was so friendly they truly made our experience great. I wish i had names unfortunately I'm bad with names. The valet staff were also all friendly every time we had an interaction with them. I really do applaud this hotel on the staff they hire they are all great people and a good face for the company. A few things i didn’t appreciate, first being the AC unit in the room. Im not sure if it was just our room, but it takes hours just to cool the room up and there were a handful of times where we left the room and came back to a really hot room, the ac would stop working completely and turn back on randomly after we try for 20 minutes, and then take another few hours to cool the room up with all doors and shades closed to cool up faster in about an hour and a half-two hours. Another issue for me is that theres no lock on the bathroom door, if i knew this i wouldn’t have booked at this hotel. Something else i didn't appreciate was that you weren’t up front with the fee’s on Expedia. Instead of charging people resort fees when they come in just put it up front. Its shady and its one of the reasons i wont book here again.

Many area's of the hotel had been dirty. Communicated with staff about getting room cleaned and extra towels as we are a family of 5, it took multiple efforts to get this resolved. Food services inside the hotel had been an okay experience, the pool service was terrible, beach service almost non existing. Customer service was lacking, fake friendly and it showed.
