As the AC was not functioning the management changed us into another room.

The property was nicely decorated and designed. Our room was big and comfortable. We brought our charging cords but forgot the plug. The rooms were not updated for the current cords. The tv had like 20 channels. The channels they did have would go in and out. No Netflix. It recommended to download an app so that it can be mirrored from our phone. That did not work. When we asked if they had plugs we could use, they did not provide any. 2/3 jacuzzis were not working, meaning they were not hot. They also could provide bikes like other hotels. When asked about bikes, they said the nearest location for the Citibike hub.

This is a wonderful hotel! The food was excellent, the staff was kind and attentive, and the rooms are huge and perfect! I stayed in a double with my sister and daughter and we had plenty of room.

Thank you to Alfredo, Victoria, & Josephine for the great attentive service. My food & cocktail were delicious. Thank you all for a great experience. I love your hotel & will definitely be back.

My favorite hotel in Miami. All the staff are incredibly personable, friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and convenient with pools and beach access. The rooms are spacious and the balconies are a great addition. I come every year and looking forward to my next trip!

We asked for a room change and when I left the hotel they wanted to charge me for doing so .I did not receive the bottle of wine as my purchase plan said I had been to that hotel before but now the service was poor

Absolutely stunning hotel with great amenities, however, the draw feel 5 minutes into my stay when trying to unpack. Thankfully it missed my foot and someone came up to fix it within 20 minutes. The room was big and comfortable, the food was ok but very overpriced. The hotel is not located within walking distance to much so you either have to rent a car or take an uber which is what I did to get around. Some staff was rude, for example, my first day there I asked for towels by the pool and the woman was very rude. She demanded to see my pool bands for all the occupants of my room as though she doubted I was a guest. I watched and she did not do this with anyone else. The fees were a bit much at checkout and I was very disappointed by that, I was not expecting another couple hundred dollars bill after already having paid for my stay in full. Lunch by the pool was a minimum of $100, literally 1 salad, 1 chicken tenders with fries, and a burger with fries, no drinks. At dinner one staff member needed approval for my kids to order from a kids menu, they are 13 and did not eat any of the upscale items on the regular adult menu. I only chose to eat there 1 night because I was told they had a special where 1 kids meal would be free with my adult menu order, this was not the case. Forget about room service, 1 order of pancakes with bacon was $50.
