The room was clean but there was no USB charging available. There should have been an option at least in the desk lamp. There also was no bottle water available. I can go to a less expensive hotel and be offered a free bottle water for my coffee. The parking lighting was not bright at night and did not feel safe as the was no security present viewed. I would not recommend for the cost based on missing technology and safety.

The team from front desk to restaurant to cleaning staff were very professional and accommodating. Super comfortable bed, and very convenient to the airport for my morning flight out.

This hotel is a great place to stay when traveling to Sea Tac. We have stayed here a couple of other times. The hotel is clean, the location is great for leaving for the airport. We have had issues with the heating/cooling system 2 of the 3 times we have stayed at the hotel. The electronic keypad needs to be reset. When reset, it stops working again about 5 minutes later, so you are unable to control the temperature in your room. We also had an issue on our last stay with parking. There was an event going on at the hotel and there was no parking for hotel guests. We were told we could park quite a ways down the road at the YMCA and walk back to the hotel. At night, in the dark, leaving our car at an unattended business overnight. After a lengthy discussion with the front desk a manager contacted us and resolved the situation by moving one of the hotel vehicles so we could park on the property. We appreciate the customer service and will stay at the hotel again. We do hope the heating/cooling issue can be resolved.

We stayed one night before a long flight to Europe. I wanted something relaxing and quiet. This was the perfect place. The room, the spa, food, the people were wonderful!

And the grounds are beautiful, with water features, gardens, and manicured walkways. Would plan a trip here again.

Serenity minutes from the airport. Who knew such a thing was possible? With free shuttle to the airport and light rail every half hour. Good food. Lovely grounds. Comfortable libraries with good snacks. Could not ask for more. If I lived in the Seattle area I would still go there.

When we arrived our room smelled like cigarette smoke. Additionally the carpet looked old and dingy and the one chair was old, stained and fraying. So for those reasons I would not stay here again. I will say that we were just there for the night before flying out of SEATAC so didn’t experience the grounds although they looked nice and we didn’t eat in the restaurant. Perhaps a NA rating should be added. The staff and service was wonderful and they were very accommodating. They did offer us a room in another building but said it was older. We couldn’t imagine older and since we were getting up and leaving at 6am we just stayed in the room.

This is a fabulous place to stay between flights at SEATAC. The transportation is quick, the food is fabulous, the rooms are clean and comfortable and the grounds are spectacular! There's a spa and a workout room as well. The price is reasonable for the quality you get.

Cannot say enough nice positives about Cedarbrook. It was the perfect ending to our alaskan cruise and a perfect stop over before flying home. Your lodge is wonderful and if I could it would definitely be more than 5 stars.
