A great stay with Sweet Fruit coffee stand right at the entrance and The Commons dining area about a minute walk away, with all sorts of options to please my family, this was in a great area and would highly recommend.

The suites are clean and living space adequate. The staff are friendly and very respectful and we had a great stay. The only challenge we had was - on Sept 21 2024; my wife was unwell. I alerted the hotel staff and ordered room service for breakfast However, one of the workers informed me that the manager suspect F&B decided to serve the sick person only. I didnt argue but as a client and a medical Doctor found it very disappointing. That was the worst time of our visit but decided to ignore it. I believe team training on empathy and supporting clients who brings in the needed tourism dollars is the way to go. I was still charged full room service fee and paid it. Can I stay there again- hell yes! One manager behavior could eventually ruin a good reputation but we are very resilient clients. Dr Kimani - Nairobi Kenya

Great place to stay , short walk to mrt and bts We also used the free transport link to the BTS station. Room was great everything we needed.

A great 3 night stay in this roomy apartment hotel. Our only gripe was that there was no cooking utensils in the kitchen. Otherwise everything was great. Lovely staff, comfortable bed and plenty of space.

Great to stay

The staff were very good and honest. They accidently overcharged us at the bar without us realizing and tracked us down to let us know they made a mistake. The hotel was also in the middle of all the activities we planned to do during our stay.

Can't fault the room, staff or location. Only issues were lack of clarity on some items which are probably more Expedia related than the hotel. We assumed that the bedrooms would be one king bed and one with twin beds as per trhe pictures, but in fact was two with king beds which isn't ideal for two teenage children. We were offered to change this which would have meant changing rooms which seemed an unnecessary pain having unpacked and given the beds could clearly be separated and just different bedding applied. Also, the restaurant, cafe and one of the swimming pools were closed which wasn't clear until we arrived which is disappointing. Overall however the hotel was great and would happily stay there again.

It was a very nice place

This is my second time staying at this hotel. I really enjoyed staying here. When I visit Bangkok again in the future, I plan on staying here. It is quiet, and near both the MRT and BTS lines. The staff was professional. The room was spacious and clean. There was also a good selection of food for breakfast.

Could do with a better room cleaning we had to call reception found hair in bed and blood on mattress upon check was change right away

It was very spacious and comfortable. The only drawback was that we could hear the shower next door and the water pressure in the toilet was a little weak. We were very impressed with the service provided by the staff. We would definitely use this hotel regularly in the future.

Great hotel with large clean rooms close to everything (bars, shopping, train station, restaurants etc). Two issues: 1. The staff and guest elevators should be marked better and 2. If you over stay your check out be 1 minute they will be calling you at exactly noon and refuse late checkout. I had to ask for a manager to spend another 30 min in my room.
