Great hotel on the outskirts of Prague (v. close to the gig I went to). Good sized clean room & amazing breakfast!
90 min spa session was included in the room price which was a real bonus!

The pics dont do it justice. Theres like 8 saunas and a cold plunge and sauna ceremony the place is amazing

Room was ok, a little small and a little noisy from other guests but it was clean.
Breakfast was average on day 1, and on day 2 I wanted a cup of tea in the room. They don’t give you English breakfast tea in the room so I went to the restaurant and they wanted to charge me for a teabag which is ridiculous. Thankfully there was someone there with common sense but the lack of customer service was noticeable.

The hotel is very good but not the best value for your money. For example the A/C needs servicing as it was super noisy, rendering it useless. Could not open the windows because of the noise of the other A/C units.
Other than that no problems, good service, perfect breakfast, very tasty dinner with excellent service.

When I visited the pool was not accessible due to maintenance.
The Hotel is ~15m walk from a metro station. The area is not that great as you walk among a big stroad and climb stairs to get there. Also it is just next to railway so can be quite noisy if you want an open window.
Other than that the hotel is okay, would not mind staying again, but I believe that there are better options

The hotel was an absolute delight, decent links to the trams and subway within 10mins walk.
The facilities on paper seem wonderful sadly during our time they were being renovated but we had been told in advance.
All round a great experience and would go again on the mext trip to Prague.

Reasonable priced, very clean and well maintained. Connects to a huge tennis and sports complex with swimming pool and jacuzzi. Very good restaurant. Breakfast has a big variety. Will definitely stay there again.

They want to show class and the hotel does this but the flexibility and service had no class. Asking €55,- for 2 hours swimming for 3 kids under 15 yo is classless. Presenting 4* but service is 1*

The hotel was ok. The room needed updated and air con would have made our stay a lot better. Location was not great, yeah the metro was only 10 min walk and it was cheap and quick but the area isn't great to walk about in. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Would go back to Prague but would stay closer to the centre!

Quality and cleanliness of the room were nice. The room was a bit small, but had everything we needed as well as a nice tv. Big breakfast and not too far from public transportation. The downside was our room was near traintracks which were a bit loud at night.
