Hotel was dirty, the toilet cover came off, rat under the bed, towels were very used. Tv does not even work. Ac barely works.

But I’ll have to say that it’s convenient for restaurants entertainment and they are friendly just don’t particularly care for leaky toilet and the room. I actually left the next day and my reservation is for 3 days in a suit room. I went to Cagayan and stayed at Seda Hotel. I wasted 2 days rent.

We ask to clean our room and change the bed sheets, but unfortunately when we came back they haven't clean and change the sheets . No clean towels were supposed to replace.

No facilities for breakfast and the floor tiles were very slippery. No slippers or bottled water provided in the room. Otherwise the ac worked fine and the room was clean.

One advice that I would give, especially if you want to relax and have some quiet atmosphere, is to request a room facing the back of the property. On a few occasions, a live band will perform in front of the hotel at a restaurant next door and there's a chance that you can hear them playing music on your room.
