From the moment you enter the Hotel The reception is unfriendly and unwelcoming.
The carpet of the room FILTHY! The food service poor and they all look miserable.
The bed was ok. Two twin beds together that you can feel the division on your back when you are laying down on the bed, so you had to sleep on one side only. If you call the front office at 7:00 pm no one answers When you ask them for help The lady “R” first initial of her name always had a sower face… Thank God the bathroom was clean otherwise I would have ran out faster! I only slept there and out first thing. The breakfast the same every morning terrible. The reviews must be from friends or people that don’t understand or appreciate good service. I will say I learned my lesson I will rather pay more money for a better experience when I’m on vacation “Holiday”

The room was clean, tidy and quiet. Complimentary tea and coffee was readily available in the room. The location of the hotel was excellent with on site parking.
We also had dinner at the hotel which was exquisite and will recommend.
Overall everything was fantastic and would book again!

Cozy hotel in pretty Cotswold village. Staff very welcoming & attentive especially in the bar & restaurant. Food & drinks selection good with mixture of offers. Bedroom could do with updating but clean & had everything we needed. Would certainly recommend for a little break.

My only criticism is that the bathroom was very small and although there was a window, in order to open it, I had to stand on the toilet seat which was by no means satisfactory!

Very friendly and helpful staff. We arrived late but chef waited and let us order dinner. It was the best fish and chips and burger and chips we have had period! The breakfast was also excellent and set in a lovely dining area.

A very comfortable and convenient location. Particularly liked the lounge and easy to relax. There's a lift which is useful and my room was a decent size, bed comfortable and gardens to spill into - garden could do with a bit more and some carpets are a bit tired but that will no doubt be upgraded in time. Easy to order coffee etc whatever time and delicious local biscuits in room. Staff are lovely. Location is good. Recommended

We had a nice stay at Three Ways House and the staff were very helpful and cheerful especially in the bar. The food was excellent but the service was slightly disappointing in the restaurant on the first night in that service was very slow and they only had to produce soup and bread for us that night.
They did a much better job at breakfast and in the bar the following night.
The hotel has very nice staff but the furnishings are quite tired with stains on the dining room seating, on our divan base and on the carpet. This is a pity as the hotel is very well located and their staff very hard working and helpful.

Really enjoyed my stay at the Three Ways house hotel. The garden is beautiful - sitting there in the evening was so relaxing.. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Particular thanks to Vickey who was so wecoming.

Our visit to Three Ways Hotel over the Cotswold , was for us, a quick choice for that Day. My and Wife are totally happy in all sections, The Desk, Our high up 10/10 Room, Our evening meal with absolute super service, and help with Breakfast in the Morning.
We have no other thoughts, other than The Three Ways if we are again in the Chipping Camden area

We had a great stay then hotel was comfortable and had loads of comfortable areas with Good seating. As get older you comfortable seating the hotel didn’t let us down. all in all a great stay and we recommend it.

She then failed to give us any clear directions on how to get to our upstairs room. We later found that instead of lugging our cases up a very narrow staircase therexwas in fact a lift! She mumbled about being new and she clearly hadnt been given any proper traing for the role.
