We ate dinner and breakfast at the hotel. They were both excellent and service was good.
4.2
The situation in Worcester is great
The first room we were offered was pokey and looked out over a car park. The room we did have, had no hot water. The bed was not comfortable.
4.2
Location great. Breakfast good. Staff helpful.
Nothing really.

Breakfast .a full English consisted of 1 sausage 1 slice of bacon.1 hash brown .half a small slice of black pudding .a poached egg and a small steel cup of beans, which was a spoonful in quantity . really didn't warrant the price some of our group went to Gregg's the bakery instead .....on return to hotel after being out in town we had to provide proof of residency and show room key and name and could not pay for drinks requested with cash or card and could only charge them too our rooms.have stayed in Worcester a few times in the last 10years and have noticed a decline in the quality of the pubs and hotels .
4.2
That it accepts dogs. Staff were really friendly to us and our dog.
Dog basket and bowls in the room and a doggy breakfast was included
Food was lovely
Slight bit of noise from the private party
4.2
Staff, location, cleanliness.
Shower wouldn't turn on. But I didn't report it until I left, that's my fault I should have reported it. Meals were a bit on the expensive side, although no complaints about the food. Maybe I read it wrong on the menu it said fish & chips £12.50, but on the bill it was £19.00.
4.2
The location and hotel was excellent.
I was disappointed with the food. The evening dinner we had was poor, and at breakfast the toast was taken away before we got ready for it. We were not asked, although it was later supplied, but almost reluctantly.
4.2
The location was perfect- lovely river walk, city centre & cathedral all on the doorstep. All staff were friendly, helpful & efficient. Food was delicious - breakfast, snacks & dinner all beautifully presented & very tasty.
Being picky- needed light switches on both side of bed & sockets on 2nd wall. Overall the bedroom was very comfortable & like the food, beautifully presented.

Very friendly, welcoming staff.

Breakfast excellent , cooked fresh to order.
4.2
Beautiful location by the river, and a short walk to the cathedral and town centre
4.2
Beautiful setting. a definite place for chilling and relaxing.
very small bar area
4.2
situated right on the river and a stones throw from the centre, with a beautiful all year round riverside walk
the only thing was the taps in the bathroom, very difficult to turn and I did wonder how other less able may manage
4.2
lovely location by the river and private seating outside room was fab
all good
4.2
The setting is beautiful and atmosphere is good.
My bed in number 6 was terrible. Old, I could feel the springs in the bed. Did not match the quality of the rest of the hotel. If you can't get a good nights rest comfortably - it defeats the purpose of staying at a nice hotel.
4.2
location
nothing. being picky - no shaver point in bedroom.
4.2
Lovely hotel and gardens right on the river, close to town centre.
I only managed to get a single room apart from that...excellent.
4.2
wonderful location. staff could not have been more helpful
clean comfortable room overlooking river

The location, the views, the staff, the breakfast.
It was just beautiful.

Nothing
4.2
just lovely
chef couldn’t do chips without topping
4.2
great location and views
a little mould in the bathroom and no fridge in the room
4.2
the waterfront
room 16 over priced, in need of modernisation , TV in a £200 per night room was the size of a small computer screen and routinely lost its signal , when having a shower the plug took forever to drain , furniture in room was dire, old fashioned and the inside of the wardrobe was unpleasant .
we had 3 rooms in total and all were roughly the same - unacceptable . Staff were very pleasant though .
4.2
Great staff - very helpful and attentive
Wardrobe was broken
4.2
Perfect
4.2
the staff.
old building so very creaky floorboards
4.2
Room allocated was at the top of the cottages and not in the main building. There were noises coming from the walls and the roof which made it impossible to sleep without earplugs which, luckily, I had brought with me.
4.2
Great location, close to cathedral, river and restaurants.
4.2
beautiful hotel in a lovely setting along the river. room was clean and spacious. The restaurant downstairs was lovely over looking the river. all staff were really nice and helpful.
