Great customer service. Shower needed service and there was no one available to fix it before I left

Nice place to stay, but a little noisy when you get a room right by the bar. Even though it closes at 10pm, people may stay and visit as late as they want. Then more noise in the morning when some people get up early for breakfast.

I stayed at this hotel for the first time. It caters to a wellness lifestyle. My room had excercise equipment like a yoga mat and a stability ball. The location is really close to the Ruth Bascom bike path.

I was there with friends to see a concert at the Hult. It was an easy trip there and back from the hotel. The room itself was handicap accessible and easy to maneuver with the wheelchair. The coffee pot didn't work however and that was a bummer. The shower was huge, but very touchy with temperature regulation. The water pressure sucked!! The bed was very comfortable.

The room was very clean. It was nice to have exercise equipment in the room. The gym had more machines than other hotels offer. They also had a nice pong pong table. We will definitely be staying here on our next visit to Eugene.

I had surgery at slocum across the parking lot so it was very convenient! Staff was very helpful and understanding of our situation and even had a wheelchair we could borrow!

Very nice property, especially for the price point. Location is right in the middle of everything so it’s very convenient. Would stay again.

Great location. Like the theme and the workout facility. Walkable to Autzen. Kitchen got overwhelmed after a game and we waited an hour for a hamburger and mac and cheese. All in all, good, and we will stay there again.

Excellent value for money. Clean well appointed rooms with nice yoga amenities. Excellent hotel gym, food at restaurant was surprisingly good, good shacks, parking a plus. Highly recommended. We came for Duck football, easy walk to game.

The parking lot is not built for a hotel this size and it took nearly 10 minutes to find a spot.
Nobody at the front desk for over an hour to check us in. The bar tender and maintenance guy had to go hunt someone down. Once that person did show up at the desk, she left halfway through the process to do something with a television remote.
It was a poor experience and I won’t be back.

The guy at front desk was really cold and standoffish. Didn't feel very welcome. We asked for extra sheets because the sheets in the room were dirty and they gave us a single sheet just balled up. It had weird vibes overall, but probably due to the initial interaction with the unfriendly guy at check-in.
