We stayed for 5 nights on a family trip and found the room to very spotlessly clean, comfortable and damage-free. The pool area is spacious and clean, towels are a €10 deposit. There is a separate kids area and the main pool doesn’t have a shallow end. We paid for half board and where breakfast was excellent, dinner time was adequate and lots of Mediterranean cuisine. We had assumed that drinks would be included for our half board meals but there was an extra charge, so be careful not to be caught out. We hired a car as there is nothing to do in the immediate area but Arenal is a short drive and Palma is easily accessible too.

The room facilities for disabled guests are totally unsuitable having requested an accessible room. I can't understand how this hotel achieved 4 stars. Ive stayed at better 2 star hotels. It makes the rating system a joke.

We booked a family room and full board. When we ate lunch the first day we ordered a beer and a bottle of water. When we came back to the restaurant for dinner, somebody told us to pay the drinks from lunch eventhough we had full board. In Germany water is often inclusive when you book full board. We understood the request of the payment for the beer but not the water. Neither Expedia nor the Hotel wrote in the description that full board does not include drinks. Besides that the next beach is one 20 minute hike away and you may wanna bring bathing shoes because there is no way you can go barefoot in the water. The pros for the hotel are the pools with slides and the buffet in the restaurant. If you don't mind paying for all the drinks or to book all inclusive directly and just wanna have a hotel with a nice pool and you just wanna enjoy the weather then the hotel is okay. If you want more you should book somewhere else. The next shopping opportunity is far away, in llucmajor is just a supermarket.

Nice short transfer e25-30 in taxi. We were there for a short stay and had a lovely time. Food was fine, rooms were clean, good pool areas. It’s in a quiet location but we didn’t mind that. Our children loved it. Not many English speaking guests or staff but again we didn’t mind. We would return no problem.

Perfect! We would stay here again, such good value for money, the staff were lovely and friendly and very helpful, speak good English. We had such a great time, the breakfast was great, the rooms were clean and bed comfortable, we slept well. Can’t fault hotel at all, thank so much!

Overall the room was clean, but some common places in the hotel were not really often cleaned. The food was good and the staff was kind, but the staff on reception was moody and slow. Hotel preregistration made online but by the desk we need to fill out once again everything what was done online. The daily animation by pool and in the evening were well organised. However, the wifi didn’t reach our room and the air conditioning was not good. The windows didn’t offer good airflow either so we weren’t able to cool down the room that way. We were pretty uncomfortable in the room. The buffet was not good. The water went out while we were there but they were able to get it fixed as soon as possible. Some of the staff were lovely, including those at the breakfast buffet. Air con in the room worked, but not fully. Clean bathrooms with all the amenities, and a shop on the front door. Location is a bit far out from anything, but it’s a short cab ride from S’Arenal.

Was a good stay for four night. Food was good with a nice range, not as warm as we would have liked at times but to be expected with the amount they were cooking for. All staff were nice and animation team did a good job. Night time entertainment was okay. Overall great value for money

The staff was not friendly at all and did not provide any information unless we asked for it such as the wifi info, where the designated parking was, where the restaurant and bar was... We were not advised of the amenities and only discovered them by walking through the property. When we inquired about getting some ice we were told to ask at the bar to see if they would give us some or go buy some at the store. Besides the staff being rude, the bed was hard and the bedding was rough and outdated. At dinner time, it was an absolute madhouse in the dining room with plates left everywhere and food running out frequently. Even if it had been replenished, all food lacked flavor. The only good thing about it was that its about a 15 min drive from the airport. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone and am so glad we dtayed only 1 night.

Nice pools and friendly staff. The game leaders for the kids activities were really good. Not much to do close by the hotel but its only 30 min by buss into central Palma. Our room smelled like smoke and was not very big, standard average. Good breakfast!

Like that there was two pools and they had entertainment throughout the day and evening. However the buffet food could have been better as there was not much option for vegetarians and struggled with what to eat.

Front desk staff is not friendly, there is no “ customer service” what’s so ever. Our room was listed as non- smoking but smelled like it was “ designated area for smoking”. There is no kettle in the room so if need hot water you need to go to the bar and ask for it to take it to your room in paper cups. One good thing at this property there is a vendor for cheap car rental- 3 days -$109. Love the island !

The safe in our room was free. Food was ok, AC in room was ok
