The room was amazing. Any amenity you could want was available and if it wasnt in your room, it was a phone call away. The complimentary bottle of wine was unexpected and appreciated. The room was modern and tasteful, the bed was so comfortable. The only negative commebt I would have was the bar. It was beautiful and so comfortable for lounging and imbibing. But there was no coctail servers. We had to go to the bar and order. They did check on us a couple times once they brought our drinks and saw where we were sitting. It seemed the bar tenders were doing both jobs of waiting on tables. The tablets were not charged and menues were in short supply. We had the same experience when we stopped in for an after concert drink before retiring. It was even busier and harder to get service. All in all it was a great stay. We felt safe walking at night with all of the patroling security. We will be back!!

Hotel room was really nice, clean and comfortable. The only issue I had was the additional $25 self-parking fee. I think it should be included with hotel fee, as it is not an inexpensive hotel to stay at.

The hotel was more than 1 day without internet, TV or even phone to comunicate with frontdesk. Also the room not was fully cleaned, lot of marks of glasses. Its supposed to be the best hotel in El Paso, I was so upset.

I did not get the item’s that I was told I would receive. They had to come and fix the toilet because when I got there the toilet was running. The AC was not working properly. Then on Monday morning at 5am in the morning, the construction started right outside my window! I needed to get up early anyways, BUT NOT LIKE THAT!!!!! I did not like this hotel at all! Will not be staying here again!

Property is great. Weight room is nice. (Didn't get the VIP benefit is the only complaint besides construction which isn't their fault)

It was a very comfortable, quiet stay . Very well maintained. Beautiful hotel. I would love to stay here again in the near future.

The gym is incredible for a hotel!

The staff was exceptional. When I got to my room, it was a mess. But they re-accommodated me in about 30 minutes later.
