The stay at the Eleanor was amazing, my family and I really enjoyed our stay there

The apartment was were clean and spacious. We walked every where from there. If we come back to New Orleans we definitely will stay at The Elenor apartments again!

We were so disappointed with this hotel. There is never anyone at reception or any staff anywhere. The pool and hot tub were cloudy, full of hair and disgusting. Our suite had many defects. The hallway was filthy. There were drunk people everywhere. They were screaming in the hallways all night. We couldn’t get any sleep. The hotel manager never responds to requests. Don’t bother. Definitely not a boutique hotel and not worth what they charge. Expedia reached out to them to request a partial refund for our stay and they didn’t even bother to respond to them.

The Eleanor accommodated our party of 6 perfectly. It had 3 bedrooms and each room had its own bathroom with shower. The room was very clean. The location was about a 10 minute walk to Canal St, 15 min to Bourbon St and about 25 minutes to Caesar's. I'd highly recommend staying here if traveling with larger parties and don't mind a little walking.
