We were let in by the gardener. We NEVER saw anyone at the Front Desk. It was crazy! Our room was clean so kudos to Housekeeping! Would not recommend this hotel.

Such a lovely one night stay here. The property and room was so charming.
We arrived on a rainy day and our room had the windows open so our bed felt very slightly moist which was the only downfall. As a vegan I didn’t have too many options for breakfast but I am used to that. Overall I would absolutely recommend coming here! It can be hard to find at night by car. But the staff is so helpful and kind.

Thank you so much for an unforgettable stay. This place was amazing, clean, good service and with a great location. Staff is very kind, specially Ahmed Hassan who helped us with all the info that we needed. Breakfast was very very good, we loved our stay at Casa Holstein!

I stayed in a small secluded villa w my daughters. Nice and quiet but very centrally located. Great staff and good recommendations for dining and things to do.

We loved this hotel! It’s a beautiful property located near the National Palace. We had a fantastic time on our babymoon. Breakfast was convenient and the hotel staff were lovely. Would recommend in a heartbeat!

The property is very peaceful and surrounded by beautiful vegetation. A nice peacock kept us company. The breakfast was delicious and the food was fresh. Location was great, walking distance from the city center. We enjoyed our two night stay on the property! We hope to return soon.

The property and its grounds were truly enchanting. The resident peacock let us know this was his house and we were just visitors! LOL. Amazing place just off the main strip. Would definitely suggest to stay here if visiting Sintra. Thanks for an unforgettable stay.

Don’t be afraid of him, he is harmless and makes for a great story. Breakfast was simple but the most delicious we have had in years. Their baking is done onsite, who doesn’t love a warm piece of bread or croissant? We loved our stay here.
