Terrible service from reception at arrival. No support at all from receptionists, shuttle 20 minutes late at airport instead of promised 5 mins. when asked for support for taxi booking for early departure day after, no support at all. I will never be back in this hotel ever.

Disappointed, main reason why I chose this place was for two things, Bar (to avoid stepping out) and Shuttle to Airport. There’s no longer a bar there. I called ahead and they told me to come down and register for ride. I did that with time and they told me that the following Shuttle would be full. I understood and so I asked I could get on the next one, they said I could but the timing wasn’t guaranteed due to traffic and there lunch breaks. So I had to Uber.

The air conditioner did not work properly a lot of noise all night the air was making , the hotel was full and next day I tried to contact manager to let them know and they didn’t even receive me .

Extremely noisy throughout the night. This is an airport hotel and people are being loud leaving their rooms to checkout. Impossible to get a restful sleep. Location is awful. No sidewalk on unsafe street.

It was ok lobby and dining staff was great. Cleaning lady was rude
Showers hard to control water temp and water goes everywhere. The draining system not the greatest. Beds were good though!!
