This was the worst stay ever, the hotel front desk, worker gave out room keys to anybody who came up and asked for my last name and room number, We were with a football team and this happened to multiple peoples room very unsafe!!!

I liked how close Restaurants and the main strip were. I disliked the mattress for the pull out couch it was more like a box spring.

Front desk lady was great but the room was dirty. The pull out bed had blood on the sheets and a used mouth guard that was stuck to the bed. There we no blankets either. Also, the breakfast is advertised from 6-10am, but the lady said it ended when it was 9:45am. The food was not stocked back up when it ran out either. Very disappointed in this hotel.

This hotel is really nice! Great location (central to a lot of things), comfortable rooms, etc. Breakfast was well-attended to, and the pools (having both indoor & outdoor was key for our kids).
Only complaint - couch condition left something to be desired...otherwise - GREAT HOTEL

Absolutely no complaints. Room was very clean, check-in was fast and easy, indoor pool was well heated, walking distance to many attractions. This was the first time we stayed here, but still not be the last. Very good time.

I would stay here again. The room was clean and very quiet. The facilities were also very clean. The free breakfast in the morning had a lot of hot and cold options. Easily accessible to the island and Dollywood.

This hotel is older or needs to be updated. It is close to a lot of venues and restaurants but I would never return. The front desk lady was so rude and NEVER at her desk. There are so many other nicer hotels in the area to stay at
for the same price.
