Carpet was not the cleanest, but the bed sleep very well. My son loved the inside pool and hot tube.

I arrived a lil late due to the weather but the check in was smooth & the restaurant across the way made it that much better. Staff was friendly & facility clean. I will definitely be back.

Incredible all the way. Check-in was instant. Usually takes 10 minutes or so super fast everything they did. Rooms were clean. No problems there. Hotel needs some touchups in a few places on the main walls but i dont expect perfection. I was happy. Super friendly staff. Tasty breakfast. Would definitely recommend this hotel if given the chance. 11 out of 10

Room was fine. Updated bathroom. Hairdryer missing in 1 room. Wall plug broken in the other. Wanted to do laundry. Tide dispensers empty. Walked across the street to laundromat instead.

The hotel was nice. The ice machine on the floor we were on either didn’t work, but there was ice available in the lobby. The staff was friendly and polite. The pool area was tidy.

I enjoyed everything about this property. Nice and clean. Breakfast was good. Only suggestions I have are: put bigger towels out for the pool and install a pool warmer. Having a hot tub avaliable is not a good excuse.

Ok, first of all, the room is NICE.
We decided to stay another day and contacted the front desk to get our room cleaned, especially the headboard.
Well, the young lady came and cleaned and cleaned the room as if she was getting it ready for the President of the United States.
Needless to say, I am impressed.
If I should ever return to Shreveport Louisiana, I will definitely be staying here again.
I paid $127.00 the first night and $120.00 dollars the second night.
I tell you the prices because I got a great room at a bargain!
