Its a ok hotel!

It is charming place to stay, everything within walking distance.

The location is excellent. It's in the hub of the old town so you can walk to all the main sights with ease. It's also located close to several tram and bus stops, making it easier for you to get around. Indeed the 103 trolleybus stops near the hotel and this serves the Dobringa area. Dobringa is just a 15 minute walk from Sarajevo airport. This option provides a more frequent service than the standard Airport bus. Room are a good size with all the basic facilities you will need. I loved the bed; it was one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in. Staff were very friendly, especially at breakfast where I was impressed that they made new things to eat every day.

Have stayed here multiple times. Love the location and like the rooms with a balcony which allows husband to smoke there. Front desk attendants were friendly and courteous. Room was excellent- enough room, very clean. But there were a couple of issues. The first was more of an annoyance - ac was either super cold or not cold enough. The temp wouldn’t stop at the desired temp. And you had to turn it on again anytime the main door or balcony door opened. The other issue was the little fridge. It wasn’t cooling. The maintenance guy came twice and then front desk said they didn’t have any other to replace it with. It would have been nice to have it for cold water (was so hot- above 35cel/high 90’s f). But these issues were a first and understand they happen. I would hope they’ll get an extra fridge or two, so it’s not an issue in the future. :)

Later that same day, knowing we would be returning for another night, I reached out to the hotel for assistance in retrieving them, but received no response. Upon our return, we inquired about the items and were told they didn't have them, suggesting they had been discarded. This was disappointing. On the other hand, the location is excellent and the restaurant is good.

To add, a bottle of wine was also mention to be in the room, not even that was added, neither after we commented it at the 2nd day. Room wasn´t even cleaned after our first night!

The hotel is in a great location. A beautiful property. Well maintained with helpful and knowledgeable staff. Parking was extremely convenient. The breakfast is abundant and delicious.

The hotel has a perfect location in the old town, but for the money we had higher expectations when it comes to service. The staff looked as if they dont care. No smiles or eye contact. The hotel is clean and the rooms have a good size. If you dont care about being met by nice and friendly people, President is the hotel for You.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was helpful and resolved any issues immediately. The location could not had been better, as it is in the heart of old town. Lots of food options and shopping. I would recommend this hotel.

This hotel is at perfect location when it comes to Bascarsija, Sarajevska Zicara. It is hard to locate there is no parking marked in front of the main entrance. Room was very clean and had space however bathroom shower had mold that almost 5 star hotel shouldn’t have. The staff very friendly and professional.
