Worst Motel in Pomona and the extra charge to upgrade was ridiculous! The room was gross, everything was old, smelly, dirty. I will never ever stay in that motel!!

It was actually a lot nicer than I was expecting. The remodel touches that have been done look great. I would only suggest maybe changing up the bed comforters to plain white. The one on the bed I had screamed dirty motel even though it was very clean. There is a $40 deposit cash only. Not too bad. Overall I would stay again.

The place was OK and you’ll live with my love, but the staff member who I checked in prior night had a difficult time returning my deposit. He had it in his hands and he didn’t want to return it. He Didn’t want to hand it over and when he handed over, he don’t wanna let go of $40 deposit was Thirsty for $40

This place is very dirty! First of all when we were checking in I was being charged although I said I had reservations I repeated myself like 5 times in English but the owner wanted to speak Spanish to me for whatever reason when I clearly spoke English to him. I don’t know if he wanted to impress us that he spoke Spanish but I found it very rude of him. He finally realized I had a reservation and stopped charging me. Then he said you can come tomorrow to check out at 11 and to pay and I said pay for what?! He said
If I want to stay another night. This guy is ridiculous! Instead of trying to sound cool or funny he can focus on cleaning and fixing the rooms. The outlets were not working the shower head had a light stream of water and the place smells horrible. God knows when was the last time they mopped the floors. Oh and yellow stained towels!! Gross!!! Will never stay here again!

It was clean and the staff were great . I even put the TV remote in my trunk on accident and the Manager still returned my deposit however I did find and return the remote later the next night overall i had a nice stay and would stay again

A baby was crying on one side all night and early morning and I couldn’t sleep and the other side was two males fighting and I just decided to check out and sleep in my car as I could not rest at all

The restaurant across the hotel ha a party and the super loud music didn't stop until 11 pm. Then people from the party were loudly talking in the parking lot at 12 and the loud music from the next door room started playing a 5 am! That is just the noise level. I wanted to take a shower and there was only a trickle of water and when I saw a pubic hair on the floor...that was it. I couldn't even take a shower there. I wanted to put my make up, but there was no light by the mirror. Where the fixture would be, there was a hole with a towel stuffing the hole. There was another towel stuffing another hole for the light fixture in the main room. The curtain was torn. The walls had a ton of scrapes. The TV remote would not work. It took me 20 minutes to try to turn the TV off. Since I had to turn it on to lessen the noise from outside.
I have never stayed in a hotel in worst conditions. It wasn't cheap either.

The rooms smell like cigarettes. Sheets are dirty with hairs on bed, the area is loud and feels unsafe. I would recommend to have your own car since it doesn't feel to walk on feet in the area.

Granted I got the hotel cheap you get what you pay for but the pillows were so nasty that I didn't even touch on the upside the bathroom was clean wheelchair accessibility in the room was perfect and the customer service staff was friendly
