Very close to Valley Fair and other attractions. Our rooms were nice but air conditioning didn’t work in one room but staff moved us to another quickly. Breakfast was great! Manager Lucas Smith was very helpful and staff really nice. We will be back!

Our air conditioner did not work and they said they had zero rooms to move us to (which I don’t think is true, but whatever). So they gave us a fan and didn’t offer any discount or money off or anything. They finally moved us the next day but again didn’t offer any money back or really anything. Felt like they thought we were lying or something because when I said the air wasn’t working they seemed very skeptical. Why would I even bother bringing it up? The guy said the machine was out of Freon. How do you let something so basic like that go? I am certain that the cleaners had brought it up at some point because it was disgustingly uncomfortable in that room. Guaranteed to never stay here again.

Check in was quick and efficient. Staff very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel was very busy with families but didn’t hear the typical hall noises. Breakfast was very good . Nice variety , fruit was fresh and delicious.

I ordered a double queen room for 2 nights and 2 rooms. Was $150/night. I was told on the online ad that it slept 5. I don’t know how you could sleep 5 in those rooms. There was no couch to sleep the 5th. Also neither my room or my daughters were housekeeped. We heard a lot of people in passing saying their rooms weren’t cleaned. When we got back from our excursion, I went to desk and said our rooms were not cleaned. She looked on her computer and said…what did you need done? I said at the very least towels and washcloths. But our garbage was full, dirty towels were not picked up and beds weren’t made. I feel that price should get that done anyway. There was 3 baseball teams there so was very noisy. Which is not the hotels fault that they took over whole hotel but it was very noisy.

Only small complaints were the bathroom door was extremely difficult to shut as it dragged along the floor. The breakfast selection was very small, with no scrambled eggs or bacon my 9 year old left hungry. We understand that the breakfast is different everyday but there were very few hot breakfast options.

The bed was comfortable. The front desk staff was very friendly when I checked in. I came in town for a concert and would stay here again.

On the housekeeping side, we had to ask for toilet tissue twice and on our last day the shower gel dispenser had not been refilled so my husband used shampoo as his body wash.
