While the property is somewhat outdated, the staff is friendly, and it offers good value for money.

Everything about this stay was great -- we loved it here. It is odd that people are booking up hotels in Clinton -- it is not really a tourist trap -- we just live a bit far from each other and need a place to stay somewhere. We were so happy here. The room was so clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly, we were able to make tea (which is nice), they had a hair dryer (and when your hair is almost down to your waist... you cannot undervalue that) and we never felt bad or. rushed, It was a very nice stay.

I arrived late and left fairly early. The room was very clean, updated shower. Beds comfortable. Great place for sure.

The Clinton Motel was a good place to stay. Convenient to places in this small town. Although an older structure, it is well kept and very clean. The owners are very nice people.

This is the best bare bones hotel from the 50's you will ever find. The bed is very comfortable, the shower head is amazing and the water hot. Clean and price can't be beat. The only reason I have trouble rating is that it is on the road and not very quiet, but the heat/AC unit is a great sound barrier to that. Being right across the street from the police station gives you an extra sense of safety but as a female person alone, I did put the coffee table up against the door which goes directly out to the parking lot. Micro and refrigerator worked fine which was handy since there is no breakfast.

The price point was great. The room was large with 2 queen beds, a large desk and sofa. Nothing was new, but it was very clean.

Worth the price. Very pleasant staff. Clean and across from Clinton Police Station . Very safe. I will be back

Always love staying here...

Since I am elderly woman I wanted a grab bar to get out of the tub. We tried to get the heat to come on but moving the thermostat did not do it but maybe they had not turned the heat on for the season. It was clean and comfortable otherwise.

Was good value for the price. Nothing fancy, but good place to stay.

For a motel, not bad at all. Clean with the usual items (working mini-fridge, microwave, etc). No breakfast but nice town with good diner. Very good value for the price.

Convenient location

Convenient location for visiting family at state beach where they were camping. Very moderate price.

It was clean but the breakfast included in your ad for the place was non existent and management told us they have notified you to remove that and you have failed to do so.

If I could give this place a higher rating I would. Most accommodating and friendliest place I’ve ever stayed. Thank you for the New England hospitality

Perfect great little motel

Clinton Inn was very clean no issues, I stayed in room 15 , vinyl plank floors no carpet little fridge tv and a good night sleep, worth what I paid, would definitely recommend this place.

My flight into NJ was delayed (didn't leave airport until almost 3am), and although I was staying only 1 night, I called and explained my situation. Not only were they friendly on the phone, but when I asked if my check-out time can be extended they gave 0 issues. When I made my reservation, the listed check-out time was 11am. By the time I arrived at the motel it was about 6am, and they were friendly and extended check-out time to 1pm. I was able to get (although short) some much-needed sleep, and couldn't have done so without their help, so thank you!

Updated and nice

Room was large, and although it was dated it seemed clean. Bathroom has recently been remodeled and was good until you turn the fan on, after the fan runs for a minute the bathroom starts to stink horribly (leave the fan off it’s not worth it). Pool isn’t open. Overall it was fine, I’d stay there again.

Our stay was to relax my wife after completing her school work. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Everything worked. The owners are renovating some of the rooms, but things were quiet and we slept in when we could. Daily room service was excellent and we will definitely be returning. Also motel is situated perfectly to enjoy area. Excellent breakfasts and lunches are just two minutes down the road.
