I never stayed at the LaQuinta because they say they didn't have a reservation for me. I'm sure they sold my room before I checked in!

check-in experience was terrible. The young man at the front seem to have no clue what was going on. Had to wait at the counter five mill minutes while he texted on his phone. We were finally checking in. We were supposed to have a room with a tub and he did not know which ones they were once he gave us our key we went into the room. It only had a shower, went down to another room and they didn’t know if they had any tubs available and may not be able to have one I explained to him I had already paid for a tub. He finally found one and give us the key for those in the room, the remote control for the TV did not work , and as we just let down to take a rest after our trip housekeeping knocked on the door and disturbed us and said that they had this room ready for check out, and I totally just checked in not a real great experience will not be

Only reason for 4 stars on some items = they’re in renovation process on lobby (which will look great when finished). Room could use a renovation as it was “well loved”, but clean.

TV did not work on arrival. When house keeping cleaned our room they threw away all of our soaps and did not leave new ones and did not leave any towels. We had to go down and ask for some. Lighting in room was not great.

The hotel was clean and hotel staff was attentive and friendly. We have an issue with a locked bathroom door that was taken care of by maintenance. I certainly recommend this hotel.

Staff and guests were smoking cigarettes inside the building and directly in front of the entrance. The ENITRE building smells like a wet cigarette.

I’ve stayed at this hotel 10 plus times. Never had a problem, and now on my last stay they charged me for smoking $250 FEE. I tried to explain to management that I DID NOT smoke in the room. They were so unprofessional and wouldn’t even listen to me.
TAMMY and DANIEL are the worst. WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN AND DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO.

The room had the absolute worst lighting, and it was very muggy even when we turned on the AC to the lowest setting it’s still felt nasty and had an odd smell. Breakfast was to be served at 6 AM, but didn’t come out till 6:20 AM on our first morning there. We were disappointed so we didn’t try it out the following days of our stay. We stayed there from Thursday to Sunday. The price was good and the employee at the front desk was also nice but in general for us at least, this is a three out of five stars.
