Great room but it was on the 3rd floor right next to a two bridge freeway. Id stay again but I would request a first floor or fifth through seventh floor room.

My daughter and I truly enjoyed our stay at this establishment. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great! I will definitely return to this hotel when I come back to visit Pittsburgh, OA.

It was terrible they charged for parking but didn’t have any spaces because they were letting people at a concert park Then as me and my husband were sleeping a worker walked in our room with her key card and we were naked

I brought my 18 year old there for a birthday trip. The room was great, very comfortable the price was amazing and the staff were friendly. I also liked that you had to have a keycard to access the parking lot. The only bad thing I can say is that there was no microwave in our room only a fridge. Other than that it was a wonderful stay!

Great location and nice staff, but room was facing the freeway and noise was so bad I left the A/C fan on all night and it still didn’t drown out the noise. Pillows and shower amenities and maintenance also need an upgrade.

I want to be sefish and say this place was not good. However, I can't say that. This place was great. Polite employees, very clean, and it is located walking distance to the stadiums.

They nickel and dime, they are near PNC Park so they think they can say, do and charge for everything, including parking $26 a night, in an unsecure lot, witnessed people lifting the parking entrance pole and in one case removing it all together. When I questioned the price, I was told go park elsewhere then. Breakfast buffet was horrible, and you better check your bread before eating. I saw a mouse outside the kitchen area, if you see one there are many more you don't see. Late one morning when walking around I noticed someone broke a whiskey bottle in the driveway, in clear view of the front desk, but they didn't do anything till I brought it to their attention. Old scuffed furniture in the room, cleanliness of the rooms was bad as well, I only asked for service twice in the week I was there. All they did was make the bed, no clean sheets, no vacuuming, and nothing done in the bathroom, mold at the water line in the toilet, mold in the older tiled shower I can go on and on. All these issues are directed at management, obviously an organization who are just trying to profit as much as possible without concern for guests.

Location of this property, is awesome, and is very close to the ball parks. Hotel is nice, and parking is convenient, but I feel the parking should be included in the price of your rates with booked. Hotel had areas that needed attention in the cleanliness department. Breakfast food fruit didn't seem fresh.

The property is right next to the highway so it’s noisy. We had a room at the back of the hotel and the highway was right outside our window. Perfect location to the ballpark and football stadium.
