Staff very friendly and short distance to Church Etmita

The hotel is in a good location safe and clean. However I was double charged for my reservation because the girl at the front desk thought it was not already paid for after i told her it was months ago when I made the reservation and showed her the proof. Later on she relies I was right and they couldn’t refund me. I had to open up a dispute with my bank. They had construction going on in my floor my whole stay it was very disturbing and messy. However I liked how Cozy the hotel was and the location was very nice I would give my stay a 3/5. If there was no construction going on and I wasn’t over charged it would be 5/5.

The hotel has plumbing issues in which the toilet backs up. Contacted them numerous times and they take their times coming to your room to fix the problem. On the 4th of August I called them at 8am to let them know the toilet wasn't flushing, had to call back again at 9:30 as no one came. The second time the guy came and went in the bathroom came out 5 minutes after and said it was not fixed and left. I assumed he left to get something to fix it and return but 11:30 came and he still did not return. I contacted front desk again complaining for the 3rd time that day and he then came cleared the toilet but left the entire bathroom underwater. I HAVE THE PICTURES OF HOW HE LEFT IT. I then contacted Expedia as I was fedup but wanted to make sure I wouldn't lose my money as I paid for my entire stay. Was assured by the agent that I could check out and would receive my money for the unused nights. I checked out on the 4th of August and checked into another hotel. I still have not received my refund and have contacted Expedia multiple times. The hotel is indicating they have nothing to due with the refund as I booked through Expedia is now saying after I checked out that the hotel has to approve the refund. This was not what the agent said when I contacted them before checking out. Hotel Azor is a dishonest establishment and I don't know who is lying between them and Expedia. All I know is that I will now contact my bank to see how I can get my money back. A set of thieves.

The hot water did not work properly. Taking a bath was a nightmare. You could be in a volcano or in the North Pole in seconds. The elevator is tiny, and the elevator’s waiting area is uncomfortable. The service is very good. The food in the restaurant is the best this hotel has to offer.

The hotel was excellent, the restaurant and food super delicious, the staff super friendly, kind and very helpful. The only thing that was uncomfortable and very difficult for me to enter in was the bathroom, my father is in a wheelchair and it was too small.

Good stay, 7th floor quiet, comfortable. Coffee shop below is a must try.

Property is old needs upgrades. Loud air-conditioning. Weird smell. I checked out and haven't been refunded yet. Checked out se xay acter check in. Jacuzzi in sweet had dirt in it. I wanted to like the room wjgh in suite Jacuzzi but couldn't due 3odd smell. Tbey ocferex another room but it didn't have balcony or Jacuzzi

Only negative was that there was only one English TV channel so bring a book or laptop if you plan on staying in.

I believe this hotel is estrategically well located. IT IS CLOSED TO THE BUSINESS AREA IN CALI. I believe i felt very safe in the neighborhood and the proximity of the chipichape mall makes thing easyer. Aver all it is a nice hotel with great services and the prices is very accessible. Good choice.
