The property was ok. Front desk was helpful.
Our room was extremely small and we had to walk around each other get to the washroom or our luggage as the room set up was not user friendly.
Carpets in the hallways could use a deep cleaning.
Bathroom was clean and bedding was clean.

Front desk staff were all friendly and knowledgeable. Check in and check out were both fast and convenient. Twenty minutes walk to shopping area. We were told where to park on the streets which we were very grateful for. Highly recommend this hotel.

Really nice hotel overall, would choose again. However the room was REALLY cold and the breakfast was a little small. Besides that it was easy to get to and really nice rooms. The service was great and located close to the city center.

The hotel is currently under renovation, so it is quite noisy during the day. Also there is a smell of sewage in the shower. The room was clean and tidy.

The colours in the room are dull,the lighting is dull,the beds are too many crowding the room,cleaning is not thourough,at times its only bathroom and bed making without floor cleaning,not tiding tea tables, bed side tables.ongoing construction is not pleasing.Lift is too slow and can take only 3 people.
On average i would say the hotel is Just ok but i would not go for it next time in brussels.Too expensive for that standard.reception staffs,exellent at least.

We loved this cool hotel in a quiet residential neighbourhood. It was about a 30-minute walk to the city centre. Our room appeared to be newly renovated and the beds were big and very comfortable with lots of space for luggage which we were happy with. The circular, stone staircase was fun since the elevator was small and slow. The breakfast was incredible, too, and we enjoyed the big selection. Our main issue was that the glass panel in the bathtub did not stop the water from coming out of the shower so the floor flooded every time and we had to use several towels to absorb the water.

Nice quirky hotel but slightly further from the city centre than we first thought. Also area needed moderation like our bathroom as the bath had a hole in it and was dangerous. Good breakfast

Hotel reception was super friendly, suggested places for dinner which were great. Fantastic room at a great price.
