I liked nothing, I had to run away and find another place. Room dirty from previous guests, heavy smell of sewage inside the room, door lock broken with no possibility to close the door. It cannot be a 3 stars hotel, please send inspectors

Location to Brussels midi-zuid is only 5 minutes walk. Best suggestion is to walk out of Brussels midi-zuid station and head north east up along Esp. de l’Europe and approach the hotel from the east. The room was a pleasant surprise and really nice.

Google map directions brought us walking from the west along Bd Jamar passed some unsavoury characters of 2 young men harassing another couple walking in front of us. There was a construction zone in front of the hotel.

Fairly old hotel. The hair dryer is 50 years old and it didn't work. The washbasin is old with holes in the enamel. Dirty radiator. Dust. The room(s?) needs refurbishment and renovation of everything. Its price cannot be 70 euros per night. Clothes hangers were attached to the closet so that no one could steal them. I see this for the first time.

the location is very convenient right next to Brussels midi, the beds are very comfy and the room was warm, the shower was strong and hot, the staff members are very friendly, helpful and welcoming, early breakfast starting at 7.30 the curtains make your room dark at any time of the day if needed

Smelly room, nice pictures on the walls but zero facilities: dirty bedsheets and pillows and towels. I could hear noise everywhere. Unfortunately for everyone, the doors would make a lot of noise for everyone, so it kept me up all night. Very small and dirty shower, would never recommend to anyone and no exhaust. Only one socket/plug in the whole room. The worst property in Brussels

The hotel has great WIFI and perfect location. Moreover we could keep our luggages there after checking out and explore Brussels even more.

Walls were not soundproof and shower curtain was not closing to the end.

Nice breakfast, fresh and tasty. Friendly and helpful staff.

The room was very clean and the staff very nice.

The insulation of the wall and windows is terrible. You can hear the traffic outside all night and your neighbours very easily. Also, there is a massive neon sign outside and the curtains in the room don't conceal the light. Althought very close to the station, the location does not feel safe if you are a solo female traveller. There a lots of construction work outside for 100m long and accessing the hotel is not easily made. Drug addicts staying in the area, doesn't advise at all if solo female traveller. Also, no way a taxi can stop in front of the hotel with the current work. Be aware.
