Beautiful palatial hotel with a newly renovated feel right in the city center, close to the coast/port and busy shopping area with restaurants. Absolutely nothing to complain about. I can highly recommend it.

I loved the room. It was divided into bedroom area and living area with sofa bed.

Location is excellent. Rooms were good. Team was great.
There is no hotel parking. Hotel offers a valet service at €30/night which is too much. Parking San Giusto (€20 per 24h) is 5 min walk.
We were disappointed by the breakfast buffet: it is probably good when it opens, but by 8:30 to 9am, hot dishes are no longer hot or overcookes (eggs) or cold / hard (hashbrown). A simple fix: don't load up the buffet on minute 1 and forget abt it, just bring less food on a regular basis...

The lights in the bathroom is very poor for my wife to do her makeup The towels and wash clothes are of very poor quality and the bed sheets are rough and of poor quality
