Wonderful service. When we check in and we told the reception our luggage didn’t arrive, we provided the receipt from airport luggage service, and the hotel call and check immediately when our luggage will be arriving. We are so exhausted from the flight, the hotel help us to clean our room and let us check in one hour early so we can get into the room for resting. They have shuttle bus to the Bat Avenues small town center, the driver is always smiling and help us a lot

The staff was very accommodating, professional, and friendly. At first it seemed so quiet and wasn't sure it was safe but yes it was and I was very very pleased during my stay

To start off, I love how nice and clean the property was. The staff was amazing and provided excellent service. The only con was when we asked to be taken to bang Tao beach, we were taken to laguna beach. We spoke to the driver about it and he said it’s walkable from laguna beach. It was a 20minute walk. Other than that, i enjoyed my stay. The hotel room was small, but very lovely. The bathroom was my favorite. The bed was really soft as well as the pillows. I love the pool and happy hour at the pool. Breakfast was really good, a lot of options. I would definitely stay at the Hilton again.

Hotel employees are helpful and responsive. It is not by the beach, about 15 to 20 mins walk. However, the hotel arranges regular shuttle services. Love the swimming pools.

We had an amazing view of the river. Close to most of the downtown locations we came to see. Great breakfast buffet.

Hilton standards, great location, walkable to boat avenue, shuttle service offered, close to beach, lovely breakfast that they change everyday, nice restaurant, great gym, and wonderful staff.
