Really loved my stay at The Nap Patong! -Great location at the heart of Patong: the beach is just a stone’s throw away, and the trendy area (malls, dining, bars) is but a 5-10 minute walk. There is a convenience store just across the street, and despite being in a central location, the vicinity is quiet. -Staff are really warm, friendly and helpful -Room is clean, comfortable and cosy; I believe each room has an attached balcony which is really great for relaxing and lounging -Breakfast is great! -Hotel also offers transfer services to and from the airport which is a great bonus; reservation fees are reasonable and not beyond a typical taxi fare Highly recommended

The room was nice but the lighting was very dim. The air conditioner made the room feel damp all the time. The fridge was not really cold and didn't have a freezer compartment. The room was in good condition and the hotel facilities were good. The hotel is in a good position close to Patong Beach.

The staff we're all very efficient and welcoming. The pool guy was excellent. Always smiling

Hotel is in a great location and has great amenities. Staff are fantastic what more can I say. Awesome place, absolutely recommend.

We book daylight room and AtriumPool Villa. We thought AtriumPool Villa is with private pool, however, it is actually shared pool with other 4 villa. We think the price for Daylight room is worth for money, however, it is way too expensive for AtriumPool Villa.

As a mature couple (Late 60's), we loved the private and quietness of the hotel. The staff were always courteous and friendly. We were so glad we picked Nap Patong from an online search because after we got to Phuket and saw some of the other hotels we saw online, they seemed too large and impersonal and noisy. We will always return to this hotel if we have the opportunity.

Overall ok. Food at buffet was not keep warm enough. Gym had no towels and gym equipment in disrepair

had a free room upgrade from Moonlight Deluxe to Bluemoon Suite. Large room with great view, maybe a bit loud when it is raining heavily because it is on the top floor. Staff is exceptional, very friendly, everything is clean. Breakfast also has some vegan options but not as many as non-vegans and food changes daily ;) Asked for non-dairy milk and they have some almond drink! The gym could use some AC, but at least there is a ventilator. The pool is also awesome and the the location is perfect, only 5min walk to the beach.

Nice property in a nice location, I was a solo traveler and it is secure to walk around, there are many convenience stores and also one block away from the beach and main restaurants street. The personeel was nice all the time.

We stayed in Nap Paton for over a week and we had a great time. Front desk manager (Jane) was fantastic. Rooms were spotless and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast has lots of options too, which was great.

Location of the property is excellent. The staff is nice. No one really went above and beyond. The food is OK. You’re not gonna eat something and tell yourself that you have to have it again. My room was extremely spacious. Comfortable. Decor felt very basic. No pictures in the room at all. Some kind of wood designs behind the bed. Very white and wood basic. I’m a side sleeper. So the bed was extremely hard for me. Like I said. Everything was OK.

The staff are wonderful at Nap Patong. The room are lovely and clean. The pool was beautiful and I enjoyed many hours of lounging around the pool.

Hotel is in good location but rooms are small and breakfast is ok but feels crammed. If in the other wing its inconvenient to get to the pool.
