AC was not operating properly and despite notifying the hotel, no one came to solve the matter. Very disappointed of a hotel that claims to be one of the best in the city. You should take care of servicing the units and respond to clients appropriately. Other than this, rooms are spacious and clean.

This property was extremely convenient durling our stay, the staff was very friendly and professional. Our room was clean and specious, I felt safe with 24h security. Having the mall below the hotel was an absolute favorite of mine. I cant wait to come back to Hotel Spiwak Cali Colombia

At arriving the room wasn't clean, walking barefoot left the shower dirty. The furnitures lack of maintenance. If I can avoid this hotel in the future I will do it.
