There was a cleaning fee, which I was not aware of. I only stayed one night. The fee was half of what I paid for the room.

The resort itself is very nice, lots of amenities and beach access. The specific room we got however gave us problems the whole time and since it was a privately owned room, the hotel was limited on how they could help or compensate us. The toilet didn’t work the whole time despite multiple requests and “repairs”, outlet by the bed didn’t work and the sitting area lamp didn’t work. This room was too expensive to have those problems, very disappointed. I will not get a privately owned room next time.

It is definitely worth visiting beautiful restaurants and food is amazing especially the morning bakery place best croissants never tried them and they can beat any croissant bakeries

Everything was perfect except the parking staff. It is my second time visiting this property and thanks to the parking people I might never visit again! Your car is late, they overcharge and of course you pay cash with no receipt….

No seating at the pool unless your there at 5am or after 2pm! Ac was crap in the room and the fridge didn’t even keep anything cold! I will never stay here again and never recommend this place!
