Airport hotels can be hit or miss and this was definitely a hit. The room was gorgeous and clean, the staff was kind, and the location was so easy to access. I would definitely stay again!

This hotel is an older property that they've added new furniture to how we the property itself isn't nice they also didn't want to extend my checkout till 12 there checkout was 11 but the keys were already deactivated by 10 am which made getting ready for checkout much harder especially with children

The room was great along with the rest of the hotel. Breakfast was great. The front desk staff was outstanding.
My issue was my Hotels.com reservation. I reserved 2 rooms per my email from you. At the desk i was told only 1 room was reserved. Fortunately my friend is a Hilton member and they booked their room directky. I was extremely embarrassed as it was my responsibility to book the rooms for our trip of a lifetime.

Very nice room. Shuttle from airport was great. 5 minute wait! Barbara at the front desk was very nice. Snacks for sale close to the front desk was nice for a couple tired and not wanting to go out again.

This was our first time staying at Tru Hilton LV, NV. And, we were very pleasantly surprised at how nice the facility is. Ample parking, clean and well-lit facility with friendly staff. And, even included breakfast. We will definitely stay here again.

It’s was clean and comfortable however a light broke in our room in the first day, the overhead lights did not work on the second day, and there was a weird smell the day we came in. I informed hotel staff of all incidents but they did not send anyone to fix them despite my reminders. The rooms were also smaller than expected and did not have sufficient storage space. I would stay for a night or two but do not recommend for an extended stay.

Did not look nearly as nice as it did in the pictures. Building seemed run down and the continental breakfast did not resemble the pictures advertising it on the tv in the room. In addition one of the elevators broke down while we were inside it and remained broken for the rest of our stay.

Car rental service is only 8 min walk from there. The team was fantastic!

One night before a flight. Great shuttle service. Friendly driver. Slow elevator. Love the free breakfast. It's a short walk to the rental car center and there are a couple of bus stops on the corners so, even though its not on the strip or close to a casino, you can still get to the action if you want to.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Tru by the airport. At first, we thought it might be too far from town but it really is close to everything. Very clean room and facility and the staff was friendly. We will definitely stay here again if we go through Vegas!

Ok for 1 night, happy we had an early flight. Not so friendly, but not rude. Room was ok, AC was broken, Not the standard of a Hilton we are use to.
